What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Standard OEM MOQ is 100 pcs per style, and wholesale stock styles start at 50 pcs. Lower MOQ negotiable for trial/repeat orders and stock styles.
Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We make pre-production samples to your tech pack or from our in-house designs in 3–5 working days, with sample delivery in 5–7 days. Sample costs are typically credited against your bulk order.
What are your production lead times?
Bulk production runs 25–35 days after sample approval and deposit, depending on order size, fabric availability and finishing. We confirm an exact ship date on your PO.
Can you produce custom designs and add our logo and labels?
Absolutely. We support full OEM/ODM customization — your patterns, fabrics, colorways and hardware — plus private-label woven labels, hangtags, printed polybags and gift boxes so every piece ships under your brand.
Do you offer private label and dropshipping?
Yes. We private-label across every category and offer blind-shipped, one-by-one dropshipping for Shopify, Amazon and TikTok sellers, so you can launch your own brand without holding inventory.
What payment terms and shipping options do you accept?
We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment), L/C at sight, Trade Assurance, PayPal (samples). We ship FOB, CIF, DDP, EXW by Sea freight, Air freight, Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS) from Shenzhen and Guangzhou, with full export documentation.
